CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:

• Notice of cancellation must be in writing, signed and emailed to us.
• All cancellations of confirmed reservations prior to 90 days before departure are refundable less the amount of the $2,500 deposit.
• 70 days prior to departure, a cancellation charge will be assessed equal to 50% of the total amount.
• There will be no refund within 45 days of departure.
• We strongly recommend obtaining travel cancellation insurance, as there are no discretions to this policy.
